Learn what the Orders section in the CRM looks like, what view formats are available, and how to use them for navigating and analyzing applications conveniently.
An order on the platform contains all key information: which products the client received, when, under which offer, whether a payment was made, the order status, and other details. Working with orders allows for systematic sales and access distribution management, tracking expenses, discounts, statuses, communication with clients, and much more.
More details about the structure and features of an order card can be found in the article.
In Kwiga, the CRM → Orders section displays all user applications related to purchasing courses or product access. It’s convenient to track order status here, verify payments, and see what was bought and what actions have been taken.
On the left, funnel selection and settings are available. A separate article is dedicated to working with order funnels.
On the right side of the control panel, you’ll find the view format switcher (table or Kanban), the order export button, column selection for display, and a button to manually create a new order.
The section offers two order viewing formats: table and Kanban.
Table View (List)
Orders are displayed in a table with the main columns:
-
creation date
-
order type (standard, subscription, installment)
-
order number
-
status
-
payment
-
client data
-
products
-
payment information
-
comments, etc.
The display and order of columns can be configured via the Columns button.
At the top, you can switch between funnels (if there are several), filter orders, search by contact or order number, and configure the column set for convenient viewing. Summary amounts in various currencies and the number of orders in each status are also displayed.
Kanban View
In this view, orders appear as cards distributed across columns according to their status:
New, Awaiting Payment, In Progress, Canceled, Error, etc.
Each card contains key information — order number, client data, date, amount, and a link to the complete order card. This format is especially convenient for team collaboration and visual process management.
All orders, regardless of the view format, can be exported for external processing or reporting — for example, to Excel.
This section helps you work effectively with all platform applications — from order creation to full completion.
