Is there a trial period on Kwiga?
You can test Kwiga's features using the bonus funds available for each service. They will be available immediately after registration, and from the first minute of working on the platform, full functionality is available to you.
How can I pay for the LMS service?
Depending on the selected terms, both payment for the service for six months/a year and payment after the services are provided on the Pay as you Go! plan are available.
What are the prices for hosting webinars, live-streams?
We offer two payment options for webinars: post-payment on the Pay as you Go! plan, and prepaid package access with a fixed number of paid seats on the webinar. Any excess over the plan must be paid at the end of the month.
I need various services: LMS, webinars and CRM, which plan should I choose?
You can combine different services and pay for the use of each service separately. For LMS and webinars, you have the option to choose both package offers and the Pay as you Go! option. Our customer care team will help you determine the most favorable price plan, as well as evaluate the cost of the platform.
How long is the trial period?
The trial period itself is not limited in time. Bonuses are usually enough for a month or more, depending on the specific product.
Can I accept payments on Kwiga and do you charge commission on payments?
You can connect a payment system and receive payments from your customers directly to your account. Kwiga does not take any commission.
What is the best plan for LMS?
Our customer care team will help you determine the price plan that is beneficial for you, or you can calculate it yourself based on the expected consumption of resources.
Are there any discounts when paying for six months or a year for platform?
At Kwiga, we offer fair prices for projects of any size. Currently, discounts are available for paying for the LMS service with packages for six months and a year.
