In the Kwiga CRM, you can make changes to a large number of contacts at once. This is convenient when you need to update data, modify tags, or grant access to a product for a specific group of clients.
First, go to CRM → Contacts.
By default, the Bulk Actions button is disabled.
To use bulk actions, you need to select at least one contact by checking the box to the left.
If you need to update data for a large group of clients, you can use the filter, which helps quickly find the necessary contacts. After applying the filter, you can select all results with one click.

Send activation email – sends another activation email. You can resend the original activation email if a student didn’t receive it or can’t find it. The email contains a link to their Kwiga dashboard.

Delete – removes the user. Along with the user, their course history, tags, practice responses, etc., are also deleted.

Block – blocking means the student can no longer see your products in their dashboard.

Unblock – restores access to your project’s products if the student was previously blocked.
Actions Related to Offers
If the contacts are linked to a specific offer (such as a course or product), you can:
Add or remove access to a particular product or multiple products for all or a group of contacts in just a few clicks using the offer.
Actions With Contact Fields
Note: You can only add a new field to selected contacts. This means the field will not appear on all contacts. Even if you choose all existing contacts, the field will not be available to new ones. If you want the field to be available for all current and future contacts — use Contact Settings to add a global u ser field.
Adding Tags
To organize your contact database, you can assign or remove tags.
Bulk actions save time and make it easy to manage your contact database by updating data for numerous clients with a single click.
