We will show you where system (service) emails are located and how to edit them.
Click on the button in the top menu All solutions, select Email distribution, and then Email templates.
Depending on which device or section of the platform you are opening the page from, the All solutions button may have a shortened appearance:

On the page that opens, you will see the Service emails folder, click on it. You will see a list of various notifications sent to the student. In the search field, you can enter the name of the template and you will see the desired template in the search results. In the three-dot menu, you will find the “Edit” option, which will take you to the letter editor.

Please note: Each letter has several language versions. To edit the Ukrainian version of the letter, make sure that the interface on the platform is in Ukrainian. If you want to edit the Polish version of the letter, change the platform interface to Polish. You can change the language by clicking on your avatar and selecting Language: ....
