Newsletter is a versatile way to notify your students or customers about an event. To create a newsletter, click on the + button in the top menu and select Email newsletter:

You will immediately be taken to the newsletter planning page, where you need to fill in the following:

Содержимое, созданное искусственным интеллектом, может быть неверным.

The newsletter title is only visible to you, so you can fill it in as you wish. It will be displayed in the general list of all newsletters. Next to it, there are two non-editable fields for the sender's address and name — this is what the recipients will see in your emails. You can change these settings by going to Settings - Marketing settings (use the link below these fields!)

Recipient list - You need to specify the lists of recipients. Currently, it is not possible to upload your own file with a list of email addresses directly when creating a mailing. You must first import the addresses into Contacts. You can read how to do this here

Letter template - Select the letter you want to send. You can edit the subject and subtitle of the letter, but you cannot change the content of the letter. To make changes to the letter itself, click on the template to open the letter editor. Don't forget to click Publish after making your changes. If you haven't created a letter to send yet, create one in the editor using the +Template button.

Scheduling delivery - You can schedule a mailing for a future date or send it immediately by selecting the appropriate option and clicking Send/Schedule.

If you are not ready to send yet, you can save your settings by selecting Save as draft.
