How to Filter Contacts Who Filled Out the Form but Didn’t Pay

Articles:

Collect contacts easily on the Kwiga platform using a widget or mini-landing page, with automatic redirection to the payment page after form submission.

On the Kwiga platform, you can collect contacts through a widget or a mini-landing page, where users are redirected to the payment page immediately after submitting the form. This is convenient for quick lead generation and instant sales. You can read more about this mechanism in separate guides: selling via widget and selling via mini-landing page.

Once a user provides their contact information and clicks the button to proceed to payment, the system automatically creates a contact in the CRM. If the payment is not completed, the contact remains in your database without access to the product.

To find such users, go to the CRM → Contacts section.

Then apply the following filters:

Product Access — select the option No product access. This will display only users without active access.

Product — choose from the list and select the name of the specific course that becomes accessible after payment.

CTA Applications — set the widget's name or mini-landing from which the contact was created. This helps filter applications by source.

Date — if you want to view only the applications received during a specific period, select the CTA requests period -> My interval and enter the corresponding date range.

Once all parameters are set, click Apply Filters.

You’ll get a list of contacts who submitted an application but didn’t complete the payment and didn’t get access. This can be useful for further actions, such as sending a reminder email or making manual follow-up calls by a manager.
