A participant's access can now be managed entirely from their card, without rebuilding orders.
Freezing access — immediately or from a future date, for one participant or a group. Access closes for the duration and the paid period shifts forward. If the participant comes back earlier, the freeze can be lifted early and the unused days return to the access term.
Extension — by days or months, counted from the end date or from today. You can also set an arbitrary end date or close access right away; a date earlier than the paid period is not allowed.
Restoring access keeps the original purchase terms, even if the plan has already been removed from the catalogue.
Subscriptions gained a grace period for missed payments: how many days a participant keeps access after a failed charge. It has a default value and can be overridden per plan; zero closes access immediately.
Reports now include "Learning freeze": every freeze in the account with participant, product, plan, author, number of days and status — scheduled, active or finished. With filters and export.
The card itself now shows the access period and which plan or order granted it. When several plans are involved, the interface explains the rules on the spot.
