Integrations now include chat widgets — you can talk to visitors and students right on your school's pages through the support service you already use.
Six services are available:
- LiveChat — a paid customer support chat.
- Tawk.to — a free chat widget.
- Elfsight — a website widget builder, chats included.
- Chatwoot — an open-source customer support platform.
- HelpCrunch — chat, email campaigns and a knowledge base.
- SmartSender — a messenger marketing platform (Telegram, Viber and other channels).
For every widget you choose who sees it — every visitor or only signed-in participants — and where it appears: in the student area, on the school's home page, on selected products, offers and landing pages.
Locations are picked from a tree: tick a whole section, or drill down to a specific course, webinar, offer or landing page. Tick a section and the chat also appears on new pages added inside it later — no need to register them by hand.
That way one school can run different channels at once: a sales chat on a course page, and a separate support chat only in the student area.
The setup lives under Integrations → Chat widgets. More in the guide: Connecting chat services to a Kwiga project.
