Recurring autowebinars are useful when the same type of events are repeated several times and must be clearly scheduled. You can make repeating on certain dates, or days of the week. In this way you can organize regular audience engagement. Visitors will sign up for the next autowebinar, but they don’t will recognize.
How to set a repeat when creating an autowebinar
- When creating an autowebinar - in the “Schedule a date and autowebinar time” activate the button “Will repeat”
- To an already running autowebinar - in the upper left corner on the Kwiga platform open the products tab, autowebinar item . Opposite the desired autowebinar, click on the pencil icon. In chapter “Schedule autowebinar date and time” activate the button “Will be repeated”
How to set repeat on certain days
In the repeat frequency section, using the dropdown menu, set the value to “On certain days”
Important - the autowebinar will be repeated at the time you indicated in the section “Schedule date and time autowebinar”
To end the autowebinar, activate the “End button holding from date”
Important - if you do not set an end date, autowebinar will repeat endlessly.
How to set repeat on given dates
- In the repeat frequency section, using drop-down menu, set the value to “As specified dates” and set the date and time of the repeat.
- You can add a date using the add button. To delete - click on cross icon.
