If you have decided to suspend your activity on the platform, we offer several possible options:

Subscription Cancellation – This allows you to stop being charged for using the platform. Attention! If you have uploaded any data to the platform, it will be deleted—this includes all video materials, courses, and lessons. After canceling the subscription, students will not be able to continue learning until the subscription is reactivated. The steps to cancel the subscription are outlined below.

Subscription Freeze – This allows you to preserve all your courses, marathons, and uploaded lessons while paying a reduced service fee ($2.99 + storage fees). After freezing your subscription, your students will not be able to take courses, and you will not be able to edit or change course content. If you want to freeze your subscription, please contact

Deleting a Project – If your account contains multiple projects and you wish to delete just one.

Deleting the Entire Account – All account information and data will be deleted permanently without the possibility of recovery.

If you do not plan to use your account and want to delete all data or a specific project, contact Kwiga support for deletion via the platform chat, Telegram, or email support@kwiga.com.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription yourself. To do so:

  1. Click on your avatar in the top menu.

  2. In the Subscription section, click on your current plan.

3. On the opened page, click Unsubscribe.

4. A form will appear where you must specify a cancellation reason and confirm your action.

After the subscription is canceled, you will no longer be able to edit or manage course access, and your students will not be able to view the course, complete assignments, or continue learning.
