Kwiga is a multilingual platform and is available in different languages. By default, the platform opens in the user's browser language (for example, if the browser is in Ukrainian, the platform will open in Ukrainian, and if the browser is in Russian, the platform will open in Russian). Additionally, the platform checks the user's IP address, and if there is a mismatch between geolocation and browser language, the client will see a window to confirm the language selection.
For clients who have previously visited Kwiga, the platform will open in the language that was selected or automatically set during their last visit.
