This article provides a list of automatic emails that students and clients receive from the Kwiga platform.


All the notifications listed below are sent to your students and clients by default; you do not need to take additional actions to enable or configure their sending. Recommendations will be provided for what you need to do if you want to disable or cancel the sending of certain notifications.

Regardless of the platform’s automatic notifications, you can create an email campaign or set up custom notifications triggered by a specific event (more details in the article).
