Different combinations and ways of implementing multiple rates, streams to access the courses

In this article:

Whatever you want to implement: Divide students into streams, sell participation with or without accompaniment, create a package from several courses or a course and webinars, you do not need to create or copy existing courses.

All you need to do is create a course once, and a few suggestions.

An offer is not just a price for your product, it is also a set of conditions access to them, which students will receive by agreeing and accepting the exhibited price. One product can have an unlimited number of offers.

Create multiple rates

Often, many courses have several rates, ranging from Introductory, provided free of charge or at a nominal cost, and ending The maximum version, including Bonus lessons, personal consultations, etc.

On Kwiga, everything you need to create a “new fare” - this is create a new offer, to do this, go to the Sales-Offers section and click +Offer

Fill in the steps to create an offer based on your requirements. Most often used:

  • Offer price
You can give free access or set your price.
  • Access content
You control when students have access to course materials. Often this is some specific date for the start of the course / stream, or immediately after payment. You can also limit the date until which time, students will have access to the course materials.
  • Access to lessons
You choose which modules / lessons the user will have access to those who accepted or bought the offer. More on How to sell (give access) to individual parts of the course
  • Mandatory review of the assignment by the curator
Use this setting, if the created tariff should include checking of all tasks by the curator, whatever was selected when the course was created.

Participation fees are displayed as follows:

Create learning flows in a course

As with creating multiple rates, all that is required is create a new offer. When creating an offer for a flow, often the following settings are used:

  • Offer Validity Period - the period when students will be able to accept or buy an offer, you set the start and end of sales for a specific stream.
  • Limit on the number of sales - limit the number of sales based on the number and capacity of your curators.
  • Content will be available - here you set the start of the learning flow

Create flows and multiple rates

To sell several tariffs on a certain flow, use the settings suggestions. Offers from previous streams you can deactivate:

  • manually by removing irrelevant offers from the list of possible offers on product. For students who have already gained access by unbindable offers will keep access to products.
  • or by setting the date of the offer period. If the validity period has expired, then such offer is not displayed on the product page, and students do not will be able to use it.
