It describes how to easily change access settings for a single student, modify lesson opening dates, checkpoints, which lessons are accessible, and more.
On the platform, you can easily extend access, freeze course access, and change any other settings for a specific student.
There are separate buttons for extending and freezing access, available both in the course participant list and in the list of products on the contact page. More details about these features are available in the articles: How to extend course access? and How to “freeze” course access?
If you need to change other access settings, you need to edit the order for the specific student.
Note: after making changes to an order that was created automatically upon payment of the offer, the client receives an individual order, meaning their access is no longer managed through the offer. This means that any changes made to the offer will no longer affect this student's access.
To change access settings for a single student, open their contact and go to the Orders tab. Find the necessary order in the list (if there are multiple) and click on the order number. On the opened page, you can make the necessary changes.
If you are editing an order that was created automatically upon offer payment, a special copy of the offer is created during editing. This will be indicated in the order: "Copy system" is added before the offer name. Any subsequent changes to the original offer will no longer affect this client’s access, as their access becomes individual.
