How to extend access to the course?

Set course end date

Course access is configured through offers. It is through various offers, you can create different rates for participating in the course.

End date for access to the course, configured in the Sales section - Suggestions.

When editing your offer, at the step Product and access to content has the ability to set Duration access to content - determine when students will end access to the product.

When members have already gained access, you can view their information in course details, incl. view the expiration date for each of them.

Simply click on the sign Participants under the link to presentation page of the course.

Renew Access

You can extend access to the course to one or more students, while for other course participants, the offer settings will remain unchanged.

Click on Extend below the closing date, and specify how long days/months, access to the course will be extended. Don't forget to Confirm.

The new End Date will automatically shift from subject to the renewal period, and will be displayed next to the student's name in the list Members.

If necessary, you can always renew access for a student or change the expiration date manually.

Important: if you need to extend access, for all participants course, do not do this separately for each student in the course details on tab Members, you can edit the proposal as a whole. Change date in Sales - Offers - set a new Duration access content for your offer.

How will the student know that access has been extended

For a student, access will be renewed immediately after saving. The new date will be appear below the course name. The participant will also receive an email notification. email stating that access to course content has been changed.
