Sometimes, it is necessary to modify course access, such as extending learning time, changing the available lesson set, or adapting access conditions to meet individual participant requests. On the Kwiga platform, you can do this quickly and conveniently.

How to Change the Access Expiration Date for an Individual Participant

If you need to modify the course access expiration date for a specific individual—such as adding a few extra days or setting an earlier closure date—follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Contacts section and find the participant.

  1. In the contact card, open the Products tab.

  1. Click on the course access expiration date. In the pop-up window, set the new date and save the changes.

What to Do If You Need to Change More Than Just the Expiration Date for an Individual Participant

If, in addition to changing the date, you need to adjust the lessons a student can access or modify content release delays, follow these steps:

Open the contact card and navigate to the Orders tab.

Select the relevant order, modify the necessary parameters (access duration, lesson set, delays), and save the updates.

How to Adjust the Access Duration for All Participants of a Plan

To modify access for all students of a specific plan, use the Offer Settings:

  1. Navigate to the Courses menu.

  2. In the Price plans, offers section, select the desired offer.

  1. Edit the access duration settings in the Product block.

Once saved, the new access expiration date will automatically apply to all participants of that plan.
