How to Change the Interface Language

The interface language is automatically determined based on your browser settings when first accessing the platform. For example, if the detected language is not supported, the interface will be displayed in English.

You can change the language anytime: click the round globe icon in the top right corner and select the desired language from the list.

Registering a New User

After navigating to a school or course page, an unauthorized user will see a Login button in the top right corner. This is where the process of new user registration begins.

Clicking the button opens the login form, where you must enter your email address — it serves as the unique login for each participant.

After entering your email, click Next.

Note: Some projects also allow authorization via Google or Facebook. In this case, the system automatically pulls the user's name and email from the selected service. If you choose to register via Google but receive a message about access being blocked, it is likely because the link was opened in an embedded browser within Instagram or another app. In this case, open the link in a regular browser (e.g., Google Chrome or Safari) and try again.

A form to create an account will appear if the entered email has not yet been registered.

You will need to fill out the following fields:

  • Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Password (and confirm the password)

After completing the form, click Next again, and your profile will be automatically created.

The participant will be directed to their personal profile on the platform.

After successful registration, authorized participants will automatically be logged in to their profile. A profile avatar will appear in the top right corner.

For example, you can go to Settings to change your name or profile photo or select another interface language through this menu.

To access the list of available courses, click on the avatar and choose the My Learning section.

Note: Sometimes, participants enter their email address incorrectly (e.g., @gmail.com → @gmai.com), creating an account with an incorrect address. To fix this, you need to fully log out (via Logout) and repeat the registration process using the correct email address.

Existing User Authorization

After navigating to the school or course page, a non-authorized participant will see a Login button in the top right corner. This button initiates the next step — authorization into an already created profile.

Після переходу на сторінку школи або навчального курсу неавторизований учасник бачить кнопку Вхід у правому верхньому куті. Саме з неї починається подальший процес — авторизації у вже створеному профілі.

When clicking the button, a login form opens where you must enter your email — it serves as a unique login for each participant. Enter your email address and click Next.

Note: In some projects, authorization via Google or Facebook is available. In this case, the system will automatically retrieve the necessary data for authorization. Google login may not work if the platform is opened in an embedded browser of a social media app (such as Instagram or Telegram). To avoid this error, the link should be opened in a standalone browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.).

Logging in with a Password

If the entered email exists in the system, a password entry form will appear.

After confirming the password, authorization is completed — the user enters their profile.

Note: If a participant does not remember the password, it is recommended that they click Recover Access to reset it and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Through the profile menu, users can, for example, go to Settings to change their name or profile photo or select a different interface language.

To access the list of available courses, click on the avatar and select the My Learning section.

Logging in with an Authorization Code

If the provided email is registered in the system but a password has not yet been created, authorization is done via a confirmation code sent to the specified email.

An email containing the confirmation code is sent to the address used to log in.

Subject of the email: Authorization Code on Kwiga.com.

To confirm access to the profile, you need to open the email, copy the code, and enter it into the appropriate field on the platform.

Note: If the email does not appear immediately, it is recommended to check the Spam or Promotions folders, and also search by the email subject. If multiple code requests were sent, it is important to use the code from the latest email — only it will be valid.

Important: If the student opens the platform from a link in the email, it is recommended that they do so in a standard browser, such as Google Chrome or Safari. This will help them avoid technical restrictions from some email apps.

More details are available in a separate guide.

The platform provides easy and convenient access to learning. Whether creating an account for the first time or logging in again, users can easily register, authorize, change the interface language, configure their profile, and access their courses.

Authorization via Google: Important Clarification

If an account was created using Google or Facebook, users can take advantage of quick authorization by clicking the corresponding button.

This is especially convenient as it eliminates the need to enter a password — login occurs automatically using data from the selected service.

Google authorization helps avoid confusion with logins, allows quick access recovery if needed, and works on any device with an active Google account. However, in some cases, Google authorization may not work, particularly if you open the platform link inside an embedded browser of Instagram, Telegram, or similar apps.

This is due to technical restrictions of such browsers and Google's policies.

Instead of a successful login, you may see a message like this:

"Access blocked: The app’s request does not comply with Google's policies"

Error 403: disallowed_useragent

To resolve this, open the link in a full browser (for example, Google Chrome, Safari, or another) and try again.
