Why set a public persona?
Course public persona - someone who appears as the author of a particular course on the public pages of the school, on the presentation page of the course, as well as in classrooms of students who have purchased or enrolled in this course. By By default, the author/public face of the course is the owner of the Kwiga account.
If you want the Author of the course to show a different person, or, for example, a certain person instead of the name of your school, then You can set a Public Face on the course.
How do I set the course's public persona?
Step 1: Add a user
You need to add a user and give him the rights that are required for management and work with the course. To add a user go to Settings - Management access - Add user
Step 2: Set the user as a public persona
After you have added a user, go to the page with your courses, click on the "Access" button, where you can change the public persona of the course.
If you do not see the right person in the list or the list is empty, then return to Step 1 and make sure the user is added.
Please note that a user can be added to the list of assistants on course on the same page or excluded from it, depending on your tasks and tariff plans.
