Learn how to find and unblock a user on the platform, restoring their access and ensuring smooth interaction. This guide will walk you through the process step by step.
In the top menu, select Contacts, and on the opened page, enter the student’s email address in the search bar and click on their name.
On the contact card, you will see a note indicating that the user has been blocked, as well as a button to unblock them.
Reasons for blocking a contact:
-
A team member on the project has blocked the contact.
-
The student violated the set access control rules, which triggered a restriction.
