- Assistant’s Access to Practical Assignments
Assistants in the system can support and moderate participants throughout the educational program, including reviewing tests and practical assignments.
Access to practical assignments for assistants is configured via the menu: Courses → Team, Assistants, and Student Groups.
Access can also be configured directly within a specific course on the Access Control → Team tab.
In this section, you can determine which practice assignments will be available for the supervisor to review and check.
Access Options for Practical Assignments
There are three main levels of assistant access to practical assignments:
-
Full access – the assistant can view and moderate all practical assignments in the course.
-
No access – the assistant cannot see or review any practical assignments.
-
Customize – the course administrator can selectively hide or grant access to specific assignments for the assistant.
If you need to hide individual assignments, choose Customize. In the override settings next to the assignment name, simply click the lock icon: a green open lock indicates access is granted, while a red closed lock means the assignment is hidden from the assistant.
Flexible settings allow for organizing assistant work in a way that gives them access only to the necessary assignments, ensuring effective oversight and support of the learning process.
